Food safety, hygiene and quality is our top priority. We therefor strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations. Furthermore, we adhere to and implemented the following:
- HACCP (hazard analysis of critical control points) principles implemented and maintained.
- Retention samples kept of all products items produced for reference.
- Technology is incorporated into our cooking and cooling processes to verify that all specifications are met as guided by the Food Safety Act.
- Random samples are sent to an independent lab for microbial analysis.
- All items produced are subject to a positive release system of which taste, color, texture, aroma and portion specs are verified and recorded.

At Yes Chef your safety and the safety of our staff is of utmost importance therefore we also encourage all our staff to vaccinate. ALL possible precautions are taken to ensure your safety. Our staff wear appropriate PPE when preparing meals, clean and sanitize “as you go” principal driven. Your safety is our priority.
