Ordering
- Orders can be placed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- NO orders for the following day will be accepted if placed after 4pm. If an order is placed after 4pm, the client will receive a credit for the meals placed. No refunds will be allowed in this instance.
- If ordering for a Monday, no order will be accepted if placed after Friday 2pm.
- Any dishes are subject to change according to availability and will be amended by Yes Chef with Prior Notice.
Cancellation of meals
- Any cancellations or order changes need to be done by 4pm of the day preceding the cancellation or order change.
- To cancel or change your order, please email your request to orders@yeschefpro.co.za.
Delivery
- Please note we only deliver in Centurion (including Pierre van Ryneveld), Monument Park, Irene and Midstream.
- A R20.00 delivery fee is charged per order per day.
- Delivery takes place between 15:00 – 17:30.
- Please make sure to include any special delivery requests in the comment section during checkout.
- Collection from pick up points attract no fees and can be made from 15:00 to 17:30.
Allergens:
- Special requests with regards to allergens need to be approved by Yes Chef prior to the ordering of meals.
- All precautions are taken to make accommodation for allergens noted. However, in agreeing to use the services of Yes Chef, clients agree that Yes Chef (Pty) Lt will not be held liable for any damages that may arise from the consumption of its meals.
